The promoter is Jim’s Group Pty Ltd, ABN 82 101 925 268, of 48 Edinburgh Road, Mooroolbark, 3138 VIC (“Jim’s”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

  1. Promotion period

The promotion runs from [start date] and continues until further notice. Jim’s may end or pause the promotion at any time by updating these terms.

  1. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Jim’s Group, Jim’s franchisees, their immediate families, and contractors involved in running the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  1. How to enter

To enter, request a free quote for a Jim’s service through:

  • The quote request form on jims.net or any Jim’s divisional website
  • The Jim’s call centre on 0800 454 654

Every valid free quote request equals one entry. A valid quote request means a genuine enquiry for a Jim’s service that has been logged in the Jim’s system with accurate contact details and service requirements.

  1. Multiple entries

Customers who request separate quotes for different services or jobs receive one entry per valid quote request. Duplicate quote requests for the same job within a 30 day period count as one entry.

  1. Invalid entries

Entries with false contact details, test entries, spam submissions, or quote requests with no genuine intent to receive a quote will be disqualified.

  1. The prize

Each weekly winner receives a Jim’s services voucher to the value of $500 AUD (the prize).

The voucher:

  • Is redeemable against any Jim’s service offered by Jim’s Group divisions
  • Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Is not transferable
  • Is not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
  • Must be used in a single booking or across multiple bookings until the value is exhausted
  1. Draw

The draw takes place every Thursday at Jim’s Group head office. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received during the previous 7 days. Each week’s draw is separate. Entries that do not win one week do not roll over to the next week.

  1. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted within 3 business days of the draw by phone and email using the contact details provided at quote request. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Jim’s may select a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.

  1. Winner publicity

By entering, each entrant agrees that if they win, Jim’s may publish their first name, last initial, suburb, state, and the Jim’s service they enquired about on Jim’s Group social media channels, website, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion is handled in accordance with the Jim’s Group Privacy Policy at https://jims.net/privacy-policy/. Entry details are used to administer the draw, contact winners, follow up on the quote request, and for general business and marketing purposes where consent has been given.

  1. No obligation to proceed

Entrants are under no obligation to accept the quote provided or book a Jim’s service. Entry into the draw is not contingent on proceeding with a booking.

  1. General conditions

Jim’s accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from acceptance of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought if needed.

Jim’s reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

If for any reason the promotion is not running as planned due to circumstances outside Jim’s control, Jim’s reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.-+
