What will I learn during training?
All prospective franchise owners attend a 2-day training course in Grand Millenium – Auckland. During your training course, you’ll get to meet other prospective franchise owners who are also looking to kickstart their new careers.
Our training program seeks to equip people with skills that they’ll be able to use not only in business, but in life. Over the course of 2 days, you’ll learn everything you need to know about starting and running a successful business. From customer service to sales; from resilience building to marketing, we’ll cover it all.
For more specialised divisions like Dog Wash, Cleaning, Mowing, and Test & Tag, trainees will undergo a few extra days of divisional specific training. The purpose of these extra training days is to equip our trainees with the technical skills necessary to run their business.

During your training course, you’ll receive instruction and teaching from world-class presenters including existing franchisors. Our trainers will share with you everything they know about all aspects of business. From customer service to building resilience as a business owner, we’ll teach you all the essential skills you’ll need to kickstart your new business.
Our training events are fully catered and you’ll enjoy delicious seasonal meals. Lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks are a great time to catch up with fellow trainees and connect with the presenters. After a full day of training, you’ll be invited to enjoy some pre-dinner drinks.
